Configure overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for configuring your agent.


Configure in Kickcall AI

  • You can customize your Agent settings in the Configure tab, whether you’ve built it from scratch or selected a template.

  • If you’re using a template, many settings will already be populated. Feel free to adjust them as needed—but keep in mind that some changes may impact how the Agent functions.

  • To activate calling capabilities, be sure to assign a phone number. Your Agent won’t be able to make or receive calls without one.
