You can customize your Agent settings in the Configure tab, whether you’ve built it from scratch or selected a template.
If you’re using a template, many settings will already be populated. Feel free to adjust them as needed—but keep in mind that some changes may impact how the Agent functions.
To activate calling capabilities, be sure to assign a phone number. Your Agent won’t be able to make or receive calls without one.
