How to: SIP with Twilio

"Elastic SIP Trunking is a cloud-based service that allows businesses to connect their existing PBX (Private Branch Exchange) or VoIP (Voice over IP) systems to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) over the internet using the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)."
Steps:
Navigate to
Click on + button to “Create new SIP Trunk”. Start by giving your trunk a name, then configure the settings under the General Settings tab.
3.Click the "Friendly Name" field and Type the name.
4.Click “Create”.
5.Click “Save”.
6.Click “Termination” - Set Up Termination (for Outbound Calls): Make sure you add the correct termination SIP URL. You’ll need it later in the setup process.
7.Click “Text Field”. (Name your termination SIP URL , you will need this later)
8. Fill the field.
9.Click on + button to create “New credential list”.
10.Enter the Details.(To let your Elastic SIP trunk make outgoing calls, you need to Set up a username and password for authentication.)
You’ll enter those details in the next step when you import the number into Kickcall AI.
11.Click “Create”
12.Click “Save”.
13.Click “Origination” to setup the origination.
14.Click on “Add new origination URL”.
15. Setup origination (if you do Inbound calls): Here, you will specify Kickcall AI SIP server address as the origination SIP URL:
sip:5cr78vwnvn0.sip.livekit.cloud
Click "Add".
Move number to Elastic SIP Trunking-Once you’ve created the Elastic SIP trunk, the next step is to either purchase new phone numbers or transfer your existing numbers to this trunk.
This guide offers a straightforward process for integrating your Twilio account with kickcall AI, enhancing your communication capabilities. By following the steps outlined, Users can easily connect their existing SIP communication infrastructure to Twilio account, allowing for seamless interaction between the two platforms.
Steps:
1.Click on “Deploy Phone Number”.
2. Go to the “Import phone Number” section and click on “Get Started”.
Here, you will add the Termination URL you setup in step 8.
You have set up authentication via credentials, you will need to add the username and password as well.
