1.Start by creating the new agent.
2.Once you have created the agent, click on "Talk" button.
Select "Web" and click on " Start call".
4.Clicking the 'Start' button will open the agent prompt, allowing you to begin a conversation and test its functionality.
You can Test by choosing the "Phone" as option.
Enter the "Name" and "Phone number".
Clicking the "Call Me" button will open the agent prompt, allowing you to begin a conversation and test its functionality.
Note- Make sure you have assigned the phone number to the agent.
